Help!! my scalp itches me!!

PelliculesSometimes the scalp itches, has dandruff, even dander : -S. All of this is sooo annoying. In fact, taking care of hair should not be your only concern. The scalp alo needed special attention to be healthy. Discover 4 steps to get rid of these itches

So first of all, you must know that ources of this symptom can be multiple. Nonetheless I differentiate 2 major categories.

  1. Itchies due to external factors :
    1. Lack of caring
    2. Lack of moisturizing
    3. Braids too tight
    4. Bad weaves
    5. Allergies
  2. Itchies due to internal factors :
    1. Stress
    2. Lack of hydration
    3. illness
    4. Feeding issues

Whatever happens,  scalp itches is not a problem that you can put behind because ithis symptopm can quickly turns into dandruff, dander or skin disease...

But don't worry if you deal with the issue very soon, it goes away very quickly.

I propose below 4 steps to soothe your itching with natural care.



Note: Skin issues such as eczema, rosacea require in addition to regular care a visit to the dermatologist.

1- Soothe the calp

The first thing to do when you have an itchy scalp is to stop the itching, right ?!

I suggest that you mix a yogurt with a spoon of honey and apply it on your scalp. Do not hesitate to massage the scalp with your preparation.

Let it for 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

2 - Clean

So your itching may be related to impurities accumulated on your scalp. Or even if it's not, clean your scalp is a real important step.

3 - Clarify

Once your scalp is cleaned, you can clarifying with a rinse water.

Just dilute a teaspoon of cider vinegar in 1 Liter of mineral water. Then rinse your hair with the preparation.

4 - Destressing

Last but not least is to make a scalp massage.

It's important to massage your entire scalp for at least 5 minutes to reactivate the blood vessels, and de-stress the scalp
