Frizzy hair are naturally very flexible, we called that the shrinkage. All woman with natural frizzy hair know about that. Each time you wash your hair, they lost until 75% of their real length.
Shrinkage can be viewed as a disavdantage as we can never see the real length of the hair and they never fall on the shoulder until they become very long,
But there is also a lot of advantages by their natural volume and the possibility to realise multiple hair styles (twist, braids, cornrows, long, short...).

You have to maintain the balance protein-hydration as proteins will strenghten and maintain hair struture. And hydration will maintain hair smoothness.
To summarize, if your hair miss protein you'll have breakage. And if you miss hydration, your hair will be rough
Potein curation is recommended if :
- You often use hair dryer or hair straightener
- Your hair is damaged, dull or have breakage
- You use hair relaxer
Water is the best moirturizing element but it evaporates very fast. To maintain hydration in your hair, it exists several method :
- Using a spray who will contain 90% of water and 10% of active principle (oil, honey...)
- Use product that drag hydration into the hair (honey, glycerin...). Be carefuk to not use to much of this kind of product as it can do the inversion of the research effect.
- There is also hai mask in strores that are specialised for maximum hydration
- LOC method is also very recommended to maintain hydration.
